Financial Policy
With the exception of Medicare, GetWell Rehabilitation is an out-of-network provider. This is to guarantee that insurance companies do not interfere or dictate the quality of care you receive here and to ensure that you have ample one-to-one treatment time with your physical therapist. We do accept Medicare and will bill them directly (see below for details).
Payment for Services
GetWell Rehabilitation requires a minimum payment of at least $30.00 for current charges at the time of each appointment. Up-front payment depends on the amount of co-insurance provided by your health care plan, as well as your deductible amount. As a courtesy, GetWell Rehabilitation, LLC will bill your health insurance after each visit and will apply payments received to your account.

Medicare Recipients
GetWell Rehabilitation, LLC is a preferred provider for Medicare. All claims will be sent directly to Medicare for payment of services. We do not contract with any other insurers at this time. Medicare covers 80% of allowable charges, and will automatically send the remainder of your bill (20%) to your secondary insurer (if applicable). It is the patient's responsibility to understand what your secondary insurer ill cover, if any, or the remainder of this bill.
In addition, there is a financial cap, as well as a deductible, for beneficiaries receiving out-patient therapy services. A beneficiary must first cover the deductible, which has been set at $135 for 2008, then Medicare will cover 80% of services up to a financial limitation of $1810 for 2008 (physical and speech therapy combined). Some secondary insurers will continue to cover for services once the cap has been met.
Payment Options
Paymen options include cash, personal checks (local banks only), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, and medical Flex Spending cards. We can also provide you will a superbill if needed.
